Harnessing the power of conversational AI and LLMs, every Ikigami will provide suggestions and plans that are completely specific to you, with the goal of creating long-lasting changes in your food habits. We do this by keeping 3 core principles in mind.

Besides your dietary preferences, your Ikigami will consider other context of your lifestyle to provide meal plans that are attainable. If something doesn't work for you, tell your Ikigami why so she can adjust your plan.

Your Ikigami will help you create a plan that is easy for you to transition to and is sustainable so you won't ever have to "go on a diet" again.

This is not a “diet” or phase but a lifelong change in food habits, hence your Ikigami will generally not advocate complete avoidance of entire food groups.
